• The megamount 301 is a heavy duty, semi automatic tyre changer boasting a unique specification for what would normally be regarded as an entry level model. The megamount 301 Racing has been designed for those customers that dont have room for a tilt arm machine (or maybe just like their old swing arm!) but still need to be able to cater for modern rim and tyre assemblies. With this in mind the megamount 301 Racing provides a massive 24 inch rim clamping capability, necessary for handling alloys up to 22 inch diameter, an oversized racing chassis and the inclusion of the MEGAFIT 2 robotic arm and bead press system essential for making light work of stiff low profile tyres.

Also available in 12v version for mobile fitting use and Standard Version without Megafit 2 if required

Super Automatic Robotic Tyre Changer

• The latest 'leverless' technology from the Hofmann Megaplan stable is the 'Major'. This model is designed predominantly for the alloy rim specialist or those handling a large number of difficult low profile and run flat tyres. An integral wheel lifter effortlessly locates the rim onto the bed, and laser guidance determines the location for the mount / demount tool.

All operations are carried out by joystick control, and rims up to 34" diameter can be handled in complete safety. A conventional plastic demount head and articulated arm ensure this machine can also be used as a standard tyre changer with traditional lever.
