UNDERFLOOR EXTRACT SYSTEMS

Multitune Underfloor Systems – Plug in exhaust extraction systems are usually installed in new buildings only due to the extensive building works required.

The underfloor section comprises of plastic pipework below the concrete slab to leave exposed floor plates to the rear of the vehicle bays, a builder is required to install this. The floor plates come complete with suitable plugs attached to suitably sized hoses and nozzles. Typical exhaust hoses diameters for these type of systems are 100mm, 125mm and 150mm. These types of floor plates would be utilised in conjunction with an exhaust extraction fan to vent exhaust fumes to atmosphere.

Underfloor Pipe storage - The above system can also be used in conjuction with the Extraction Pipe Underfloor storage system. As the name suggests, the extraction pipes length is stored below ground giving larger coverage (more than one bay) and is stored out of site when not in use. Note : A builder is required to install this.
